Ian Turvey | Trustee

Ian and his family first joined the church in 1987 and became a Health & Safety Trustee in February 2026.

Brought up in Bedfordshire, he came to personal faith in Jesus through a Baptist youth event. After qualifying as a Surveyor, he built a career in Commercial and Facilities Management, including Health, Safety and Environment across construction, retail motor trade, and the charity sector, including serving as a Health and Safety Officer at World Vision.

He retired in 2025 after working with Tearfund and now supports charities voluntarily. He is an active grandad, involved with the Christian Motorcyclists Association, and enjoys working as part of a team to support the church’s ministry.
